Still Waters Counseling is hiring! We are a growing, established, private practice in Dublin.

This is a W-2 full-time position for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) offering a hybrid of in person and telehealth sessions.

Specialities preferred but not required: EMDR therapy, IFS, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Couples Counseling, Perinatal or Postpartum Mood & Anxiety Disorders, Infertility Issues. (Open to other specializations as well)

-Pay is pre-insurance, not post-insurance. Many practices pay a percentage split based on what comes into the practice- so if there are insurance issues or clients don’t pay- the therapist does not get paid. For this position, you get paid for your service regardless of any client/insurance issues, to create a sense of financial stability for the therapist.

Compensation:

-$60 per 53-60 minute client session

(Yearly compensation range of $70,000-$90,000+) depending on number of clients averaged per week)

-Yearly Continuing Education Reimbursement Program

-Liability Insurance Paid for by practice

-Retirement Benefits w/a Percentage matched by employer

-Short term disability, dental, and vision benefits

-Additional Year End Bonus Structure of $2,000-$7,000 per year that can be used toward health insurance premiums, CEUs, PTO etc- however you would like, in the season of life you are in.
